When I walked into Ageless Medical I immediately felt welcome by the lovely receptionist. I had an appointment with Amanda. She is absolutely amazing! I felt like I was talking to a friend. She took all the time I needed to answer my questions and thoroughly explain different procedures to figure out what was best for me. Thank you to Amanda and all the staff!

This is the only place I’ve gone for injectables and fillers for the better part of a decade now, and I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Even when I moved to Nashville for a few years, I planned my tox appointments around when I would be visiting Knoxville. Or I would plan my Knoxville trips around my tox appointments… the staff is always top notch, kind, and knowledgeable, and I would trust them for any of their offered services. Their esthetics services are great, as well.

Amazing! Absolutely love this spa. Amanda is amazing and has given me fabulous results. I had a sit down with her prior to my procedure. I scheduled it and went forward. The whole staff is amazing and kind. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an appearance refresh! Cannot say enough about Amanda! Amazing Amanda!! Love her!

I have nothing but absolutely AMAZING things to say about Ageless Spa… I always get there early to hang out And chat with Stephanie, The precious girl at the front desk and the gorgeous owner Juliette!!! Then when it comes to the treatments, the aestheticians Are top notch! my all-time favorite is Amanda, whom is absolutely incredible for all your beauty needs! I love this place and would not go anywhere else 😊

I had the absolute BEST experience. I got Botox done with Kelly and my lips done with Amanda. They were both absolutely amazing. They were sweet and my results were amazing! I have never gotten my lips done with less pain and beautiful results!!!!!!

I recently had a Sculptra procedure done on my face. A good friend of mine who frequents this establishment, highly recommended them. I'm so glad I chose them to do this procedure. The whole procedure lasted about 45 minutes maximum. Pain free ( okay maybe a little stick here and there 😆), but nothing you can't handle. They do lots of other procedures, but this is the one I chose, and felt was best for me. They answered all my questions!!! They told me right up front that I did not need the Sculptra procedure on my whole face because my face is very small. That was very reassuring to me and made me feel that they had my best interest at heart. Everybody was so kind from walking in the door to having the procedure done. If you are thinking of having some cosmetic improvements done, I highly recommend this group.

This place is amazing! The staff makes you feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Emily's hydrafacials are the best, leaving my skin glowing! Amanda is so sweet and explains everything thoroughly. She was the first person to ever do a lip flip on me, and I felt completely comfortable and happy with the results! It's a fantastic establishment, and I trust everyone who works there!

Today I walked in just being curious about their services with the hopes of getting in for a few units. Being an older FNP student I just needed a pick me up and some courage. The moment I walked in the service was impeccable! The owner is a total doll and the receptionist listened to my needs. I received a facial from Emily and it was by far the best facial I’ve ever received! My skin was glowing after and I felt so refreshed. She explained every product in detail before applying and it was so relaxing! The front desk service was also incredible!
