– Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 6pm the day prior to avoid a cancellation fee.
– Same day cancellations may be subject to a $50 service charge.
– No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Post-treatment care is essential to achieving the best possible outcome. You will receive customized aftercare instructions following your service, which may include temporary skincare restrictions, sun avoidance, or activity modifications. It is important to follow all post-treatment guidelines precisely and to contact our office with any questions or concerns during your recovery period.

Please notify our spa coordinators at the time of booking if you are pregnant, nursing, have high or low blood pressure, are undergoing medical treatments, have implanted medical devices, are taking prescription medications, or have known allergies or sensitivities. This information allows our providers to safely customize your treatment plan.

– Facial and aesthetic services are available to guests 16 years and older.
– Clients under 18 must have parental consent, and a parent or guardian may be required to be present.
– Injectable and medical treatments are reserved for guests 18 years and older, unless otherwise specified by medical protocol.

For your comfort, you may arrive dressed casually. Treatment-appropriate draping or robes will be provided as needed.

To maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that cell phones be silenced during your visit. Guests are welcome in our reception area; however, treatment rooms are reserved exclusively for clients unless prior arrangements have been made.

Gratuities are appreciated but never required. If you wish to show appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
